Petr has 23 years of experience in development and construction business working for international construction companies and providing such services by his own international clients since 2011 as the director and owner of company PP Engineering Services s.r.o..
Designing, permitting, constructing, supervising and managing various types of the projects resulted in his thorough knowledge of industrial, office, hotel, condominium and infrastructure acquisitions.
During his 8-years work for the world leading Japanese construction company Shimizu Corporation he was promoted to the position of the construction manager for the Czech market.
Petr is especially experienced in the mechanical and electrical aspects of the buildings which enables him to evaluate multi-branch aspects of the given properties.
Petr´s deep knowledge and detail-oriented approach helped him to gather three different construction diplomas from the Czech Chamber of Authorised Engineers and Technicians and also licence for the Labour Safety Evaluations.
Thanks to his experience portfolio, Petr is the top specialist in the property management and facility management field in the Czech Republic. Petr and his team managed over 20 technical due diligence projects of various types of assets in the last couple of years.
